The GA BlueLine² TMR /LD is set up for maximum safety at maximum availability. Three independent units, each with up to 18 I/O cards (incl. CPU), operate as a logical TMR system with triple modular redundancy. Even in the event of a component failure the system continues to work with full SIL3 safety. All components can be hot-swapped during operation.

The separation of the redundant TMR unit into independent racks simplifies the connection of field signals, improves climatic conditions and improves the reliability (keyword "common cause failure").

Housed in compact 19” racks, it is perfectly suited for mounting in a swing frame.
