Safety systems, SIL1 and SIL2

When the process risks do not require SIL3-certified safety functions the regular GA control systems may be used as safety systems.

In combination with appropriate I/O cards the DUPLEX/7 and DUPLEX SMART systems may be certified to SIL1 according IEC 61508.

The TMR/10 and TMR SMART systems may be certified up to SIL2. See control systems
