At the beginning of november GEBHARDT Automation GmbH exhibited at the ADIPEC 2010 in Abu Dhabi to demonstrate their comprehensive concepts for functional safety in process automation.

Since october 2010 we are Siemens Solution Partner for devision "Process Control System SIMATIC PCS7".
The Siemens PCS7 system components provide an ideal extension to the portfolio of GEBHARDT Automation GmbH.
Siemens PCS7 components are primarily used in complex process control engineering. These components can easily be combined with original GEBHARDT Automation systems and products, especially for up to quadro redundant control solutions.
This relationship advances and increases the quality of our processes with the help of periodical trainings and certificated tests. Our knowledge helps you with easier integration of Siemens products (hard- and software).

New technik for natural gas compressor HÜNXE (german company)
(Altering of two pipeline-compressors)
The control engineering of two pipeline-compressors from the RWE transmission network has been upgrated within the framework of measure conversion. The objectiv w
as to automate the compressor station and high availability of compressors.
To this end, the old analog controller were replaced by modern systems that meet the highest demands on security and availability.The systems are also certified for process control up to SIL 3 (highest level of security). Through consistent redundancy, the systems can be repaired during operation.
The commissioning of the new systems require only about one week. All operating points have been taken over by the old system (VOITH EKU 205). The integrated communication allows an easy integration into the automation concept of the compressor station.
